will it hold up??

I am fairly new to the wonderful world of powerstrokes and I want to do some power upgrades but i have a few concerns and questions. I want to put in a tw 6 pos chip and stage I injectors my question is will the stock turbo and headgaskets hold up to this or should I do a head stud kit first I dont have a ton of money to spend right now I spent most of it getting my truck back on the road new rebuilt 5 speed tranny and new southbend single mass flywheel with a 450hp clutch I dont really need it yet but figured i should put it in before i put the tranny back in i dont really feel like takin it out again lol. I have a 3in downpipe and a k&n CAI and plan on doing a 5 in stack kit soon with a 4in pipe off the downpipe i also installed pyrometer and boost guages.

The only thing I would worry about is the tranny and you got that taken care of. Stock turbo and headgaskets will be fine with stage 1s and Tonys tunes. Its a 7.3 not a 6.0

Id be careful with the stock turbo without an intercooler if your going with 1s. before I put an intercooler on I hit 40psi of boost which is a good deal over what the stock turbo is efficient till and my egts got up there, that was only in extreme though, I would consider an intercooler though

OBS or superduty 7.3? what year? your head gaskets will hold more than powdered metal rods will if you have one of those years. I was running stage 2s on stock turbo.
