best intercooler and air intake for a 6.0

im looking for one of the best all around intercooler and air intake for my 2006 f350 6.0... any recommendations ?

stock air intake is more then enough for these engines....it can handle 500hp and holds a **** load of dirt....intercoolers..cant help u with that..but id say the banks

my truck had a k&N on it when i bought it but if you must step up from factory ive heard good stuff about Afe and airaid.. and the intercoolers are probably going to be pretty close if youre comparing the ones that arn't made out of plastic.
