well i got a letter in the mail today from maricopa county air qualtiy department and it says that someone reported me today for a smoking vehicle in violation of the arizona revised statutes 28-995 (c) and i can be cited if seen by a law enforcment officer. date of incident 6/26/07 and i remember cuz this bmw 7 series was tailgaiting me through the neighborhood so when i couldnt see her healights in the reveiw i would flloor it so she would back off.

Next time their tailgating you like that, slam on the brakes, when her BMW goes under your PS, that'll fix that.

I'd also send a letter back to the DMV and tell them that you want the person who reported it charged with tailgating and obscured vision.(Driving with their head up their @$$.)
