The engine load created by your 35's can cause slightly higher boost, but assuming you are talking about the 7.3, I wouldn't consider this too much boost.

i wouldnt worry about that PSI.. i would regularly hit 32psi out of my stock turbo in my 2003 7.3L with just a chip, intake and exhaust

no that not too much. i wouldnt recommend anything over 28-30psi. anymore than that and ur really getting out of the OBS turbos efficency range and its jus creating hot air and not givin u much more power. my stock turbo went in my OBS in about 3 months when she started pushing 40psi after i put 160cc sticks in.

Thats your problem... ditch that edge juice and get yourself some custom tunes and you will see way higher PSI... plus that edge juice is notorious for burning up transmissions.... you need something like this:Tony Wildman Chip

seems a lil low. ur 98 should still be OBS or is it SD???? if its intercooled thats gonna take some boost away from ur readings.

im curious as to wat a "exhaust delete" is.
