Stack bed hole = plumbing hole for aux fuel tank?
A truck i'm looking at has stacks on it. I'm not a major fan of stacks, so i would likely be removing them.
now i wouldn't mind having an aux fuel tank in the bed. rather than just patching it and cutting another hole, could i use the hole that is already there for the stacks as the hole through the bed for the fuel lines? or is it on the wrong side of the truck to do that without having to run lots of extra piping? |

thats what i did, my 02 had stacks on it and i took them off and put a tank in the back. you do have to run extra line but not much. im not sure if the store bought tanks would work as the outlet might not line up. the tank i used is one that i made so everything lined up for me
