02 7.3L price??? need help!!!!

Hey everyone i'm looking at buying an '02 7.3L powerstroke crew cab with about 150K miles. It's fully loaded. It has some visible rust on the quarter panels and surrounding areas. It was a farm truck it's whole life. The fella wants $10,500 firm. Is that a reasonable price??

2wd or 4x4?

sounds about right if its a 4x4, if its a 2wd thats way high

I got my 02' 250, 4x4, in decent shape, no rust, for $10k. Seems like a rip-off if it is in worse conditions, and mine only had 127k miles.

Edit: mine isn't a crew cab though.
