Will a reflash take an SCT tune off the truck?

As it says, since my screen on my sct broke and I got my new one, I need to have the truck returned to stock.

Will a ford re-flash give me a new stragety and take the tune off the truck and return it to stock?

If not, how the hell do I get it back to stock to put the new programmer on.


Also, can you transfer a stock file from an xcal3 to the computer, then load it onto an xcal2 as a custom tune, or no?
