I saw a video about the motorcraft filters and their benefeits and the tolerances. I took my oil filter and measured it compared to the motorcraft and noticed that many of the tolerances of the non motorcraft filters were pretty damn bad.
I haven't used a non-motorcraft filter since. I will try to find the video. As far as fuel filters go, I use motorcraft exclusively unless I crack the top. Some aftermarket filters come with this. Just my $.02 |

I am in full agreement on the filters. I use Schaffers full synthetic. Compare apples to apples and I think you will find it is superior to most everything on the market.
