I have a 2001 f250 (7.3). I was playing around with some of my fuses, trying to see if I needed to change any out. The fuse box has three lanes. When I was taking some out, I notice that two of my 30 fuses would not go back in. They both won’t stay in. Ones of the fuses are in the bottom, second line. And the other is in the first line. Would it be safe to fun my truck? Also, does anyone know how to fix the problem so my fuse fit nice and tight?

You can take an awl and bend the tabs in the fuse block that hold the fuse blades. Be sure to disconnect your batteries tho. Someone may have used fuse taps on it in the past which tend to widen the fuse slots. Worked on my truck. Good luck and be gentle with the awl or a small screwdriver( I used an eyeglass screwdriver. It's tricky but it works)
