power door locks changes?

as some of you guys know i just bought my first ford truck. well i have had it close to a week now and have found that i dislike the power lock-unlock setup.

the problem- when i poll into a location and stick the truck into Park the front doors unlock but the two rear doors (full crew cab) don't so 80% of the time i or my wife jumps out and pulls the door handle before thinking trying to get the kid out of the back.

a guy at work said there is a way to change the setup by turning the key to "on" and step on the brake 3, 4, or 5 times-he wasn't sure.

does anyone know if this is true , and if so how many steps on the brakes work?

on my chevy 1500 it was 5 times to turn off the oild change message. so i know some trucks that is true.

I have a book for my 06 I can check if it says anything.....I dont know if it will work though.
