So, I asked do I have to be here, is there a state or local law that says I have to comply with this test and he said NO !!! So place my Dually in reverse, backed out of the checkpoint waved to the pig (with a little grin) and left.
I get home and try to find more info on what just happened but everything I find is very vague and non specific can anyone enlighten me futher as to exactly what is going on?
