Advice needed on a new purchase

I have owned 6 PSD,s and I just found one that I want but don't know if it is worth the price. It is an 02 F250 Lariat crew 4x4 black 7.3 liter. It has a 3 inch lift with BFG A/T's. The truck is in great shape and only has 80k on the clock. The price is 18,000 firm. ANY ADVICE? IS IT WORTH IT?

pics would help alot on helping with the price, sounds kinda high unless its SPOTLESS. how many miles, options??

It has 80,000 miles and is loaded. The truck is probably the cleanest 02 you'll find. It seems kind of high to me too though. People are wanting outrageous prices for the 7.3's. I sold an 06 F350 saturday and now I am without a truck. I would rather not buy another 6.0 and I can't afford a 6.4. I don't know what to do. I don't want to rush into a truck and pay to much though.
