anyone use edge evol. prog.

part # eef1000/15000 i got an 01 F-350 and I need a bit more getty up go. I did the "10K mod" only with an on/off switch to go to stock and a potentiometer so I can actually adj. how much resistence, all mounted under the steering wheel so I can adjust on the fly as needed. but A guy a few doors down has this edge for sale for 150.00 and I was wondering if they work good if I will gain anything over keeping the money and staying with the mod, or can I use both any advice?? By the way if you are doing the 10K mod the switch and potentiometer is definitely the way to go
