Tonneau Cover Cleaning

Well, cleaned and detailed the truck this weekend. For the guys with the leather tonneau covers, what do you use to clean it? I soaped it down and dried it off to get all the pollen and road grime out of the grain. But it still looks dirty. Any suggestions to maintain it? Looks kind of bad with a detailed truck (for a few days) and messed up tonneau (after 1 day)

Is your tonneau cover leather or vinyl, if it is vinly you may want to try this,

RaggTopp Vinyl Convertible Top Care Kit: Premium convertible top detailing products for vinyl convertible car tops! convertible top care, car top

I just ordered some for my wife's convertible Mustang top. I would think that the tonneau would be the same as the top if it is vinyl.

Don't use any petrolium based products such as Armor All or STP Son of a Gun. It will shrink and crack your cover. I use 303 aerospace protectant on mine. It's what the manufacturer recommended.
