Egr Block off plate

I have been looking on the e-net for the egr block off plate and cant find one,So iam turning to you guys again.Where is a good place to get one.I have 2007 so does this mean i cant just slip the plate in i have to take the down pipe off to take the scoop out .

I put one on a friends 04 yesterday. It was a compleat kit from LIBERATOR PERFORMANCE, it was not to bad it took about 5 hours to put it on, but alot of the bolts were rusted an tight caus the truck has 329000 miles on it. As far as not changing up pipe I think you have to.

You should remove the up-pipe and remove the scoop or get a new modified up-pipe with the scoop already removed. If you have access to, and can use a welder you can make everything you need much cheaper than buying one.
