what should i do???

hello everyone i currently have the edge attitude with juice i have heard that this is not a very good computer so i was wondering if the following would be a good idea or just a waste of time and money

i was going to take the edge computer out and sell it to anyone that wants it and purchase either a new chip that is more reliable or just better all around or i was goging to sell the chip and buy a gauge pod and gauges and potentially an intake then down the road get a new chip.

or the last option obviously do nothing...??? what do you guys think i should do

also any other suggestions are welcome i dont have my mind set on anything right now and i am farely new to diesel so i dont know what would be worth it

TW,DP, or PHP custom tuned chip. Make sure you get gauges before you throw a real tuner on there
You could do the DIY intake mod for about 60 bucks

looks like Myles has said it for me... dump the edge and get yourself a custom tuned chip, gauges, intake, and exhaust....

I did the DIY intake for around 40 bucks. The number is 6637 from napa. Good stuff, doesnt look too bad neither for just a fleet filter/custom setup. Expect around 475 for the chip (if you opt for the 6 pos). Exhaust is only 250. These numbers are what I paid through raul, stealth auto, good guy. You cant be dissapointed.

ya thanks alot and that is what i have heard about the edge but where can i get a good set of gauges for pretty cheap the kits that i was are like 400 plus and i didnt thank that they would be that much

you dont want a cheap kit... autometer is the lowest grade brand i would use... those kits start at $310.00

if you want to save some money we have a Gauge/ Tony Wildman chip combo: Tony Wildman Chip/ Gauge Combo

ya you thats true and that combo kit looks good i just got to take off te edge and sav up some money and i am probally going to buy it but i hae a couple questions about it tho i will probally just pm you when it comes closer to me actually buy it but thanks tfor the info guys

Throw the Edge up on Ebay. You will probably get a good bit of money for it from somebody that doesn't know better and falls victim to their marketing.

i did the same thing, sold it on ebay for more than i paid for it
