2008 6.4 issue

I have a 2008 f-250 with the 6.4 with 41,000 miles.. Last week I took the truck to Jiffy lube to get the oil changed ( Rotella T ) while they were changing the oil I had them replace the fuel filters and the air filter. Well ever since last week my mileage has gone down hill. I was getting around 13.8 and now I'm getting under 11. I did notice when I drove away from the shop some one reset my mileage on my dash board. ANy ideas on what could be the problem ? Thought I would ask you guys first before I went down there to raise hell or took the truck to ford

I rest the dash every time I fill up.It gives an average of MPG not what your getting at the moment.If you give it time it will climb back up.If you want it to show higher MPG at the moment reset it while cruising down the High way at 60 MPH.I seriously doubt anything is wrong

i wouldn't worry too much unless it doesnt return back to normal, they might have just went for a joy ride and caused ur mpgs to go down a bit
