Best stock truck?

I am in the market for a "new" truck. I want to stay under the $25,000 mark. I am not a big mod fan & just want it bone stock. I would like it to be decent on fuel milage, but to have pulling power when needed. I don't tow very much (haul hay a few times a year with a flatbed, haul the cows around a few times & haul an 24' enclosed snowmobile trailer back & forth to the mountains in the winter). Any recomendations on a particular year, 7.3 or 6.0, & 250 or 350? Good & bad comments welcomed. What is your take???
