new guy here, trying to get some info
Hi everybody, i'm putting an auxillary fuel tank in the back of my 2001 ford crew short box, i'm using a gravity feed shutoff system from RDS and i'm having some problems with fuel running out of a vent located just under the cab of the pickup. I've got the box off and have pinpointed where it is leaking, i guess my question is i'm not positive if this is just a vent that i could cut out, tee into and run a line to the top of my auxillary tank where there is a vent as well. I'm really struggling and i can't find a schematic anywhere. hopefully you guys can help me out.
Thanks Kozee |

I think i got it guys, There is a Tee vent on the top of the tank just under the cab, i pulled the cap off and put some half inch fuel hose on it with a clamp and tee'd it into the vent on the top of my auxillary tank, hasn't leaked yet so i think i'm good. Should work great. Thanks everybody
