led lights

hey everyone i was just looking at some different lighting i wanted to get some of the recon lights like the led back light and i was just wondering if it is worth it and if anyone had some pictures of there rig with similar brands or recon lights. thanks kyle

no the cargo lights and brake lights and outsidde lights... i was also thinking about doing amber running lights on the sides

ya they look sick man how did you do it cause i have heard of a million ways to smoke them but i never tried any but how did you do it?

All I did was scuff up my lights a little bit and used the smoke paint from Raul@ Stealth Auto. However on mine, the paint is releasing from the plastic. If you look closely at my passenger side taillight you can see the cracks.

You will need to scuff the lights a bit, then apply a plastic adhesion promoter (I didnt do this, I think this is why mine are cracking). Spray the "smoke" paint to the desired tint, then apply a few layers of clearcoat to keep them looking good and protect the paint.
