You can email SCT tech support and they are usually really quick to get back to you. There are two Tech guys that I have had to speak to in the passed couple of days because my LiveWire locked up while loading a tune to my truck. When all was said and done, my truck had no strategy in it and would not start. All I could do was look at it for the rest of the day. Got in contact with Michael Rivera at SCT Tech Support and my truck was up and running withing 30 minutes. Just an idea. If your SCT tuner is locked up, they will need some info from you live VIN# and tuner serial number and some other info but they are good at what they do. I have had no issues at all both times my LiveWire locked up on me.
