worth the fix?
how hard would it be to put in a new turbo and harmonic balancer, and is this truck worth the fix?

looks like a turd to me but the price ain't bad. More specifics would be good, like mileage. I'd want to know what happened to the balancer, and know why he thinks it needs a new turbo
