Thinking about trading

Well with the way the economy is going now a cheaper payment would take alot of stress off me and my family. I was thinking of trading my truck for a cheaper truck. Cars.com: 2005 Ford F250 XLT let me know what you guys think about this truck. Its got lot of miles on it but with the diesels do miles really mean anything? What should I look for on a high mileage truck like this?

I'd be worried about head gaskets and egr cooler, all the common 6.0 stuff
I'd get an oasis report on it to see if it was a problem truck.
