I have a 2007 F-350. I want to do something to improve mileage more so than horsepower or torque. I was looking at a programmer from Quadzilla or from Banks. Anyone have experience or input on these or any others that they would suggest, I appreciate it.

You need to get a custom tuned SCT. That other stuff is crap. The best milage is going to come form a high horsepower tune. Your trans will thank you for the SCT

Brian,
first off welcome to the Org....

dont believe all the hype you see on tv and magazines about banks, quad, edge ect. the only way to go on a 6.0L is custom tunes like the SCT X3... do a search on here and you will find out that 90% of the people that have tuners on their truck run SCT or some kind of custom tuned tuner.... i would say only 5% or less run banks or quad.

as far what i think you need i would do things in this order..

gauges first.. boost, pyro, and trans temp
some sort of Turbo Back 4" exhaust
then a custom tuned SCT X3 with innovative diesel tunes...

Thanks for the input. Do you have any personal suggestions on gauges or exhaust? I am new the diesel world. And where should I stsrt looking for a custom SCT?

for gauges i like autometer... as far as exaust goes i like our budget kit if you want aluminum and MBRP if you want SS or want to keep the stock cat...
