Unhappy help. unleaded gasoline in my tank

I have been under a lot of stress lately, so like a walking zombie I filled up half of the tank of my 99 f350 (7.1) with regular gasoline. The truck rides fine and I have not had any trouble so far ( I drove to work for about 25 miles). Any feedback and suggestion is greatly appreciated.

u must be a zombie to call your 7.3 a 7.1
if it were mine i would be draining everything and doing filters

some say u might be ok on the 7.3 if u drop some oil in the fuel
lets see what others suggest

if it were a newer truck you wouldn't be so lucky

I think the general consensus is that you should drain your tank, fuel lines and change your fuel filter before driving it anymore.

my neighbor completely filled his 09 cummins with unleaded while pulling his fifth wheel across a couple states. He siphoned about half a tank in to two big coolers he had, and filled the rest with diesel. Ran it like that hauling his fifth wheel with no problems. Said it "ran hot and lacked power" but no adverse affects.

Personally id be draining as much of that as i could, like all of it, and changing filters

Drain as much as you can & refill it with diesel, and you should be fine.

I wouldn't run a 50/50 blend... get it down sub-5% and it's probably OK (not great, but at least reasonable).
