I think you've pretty much covered everything "cheap" as far as mods........now for best bang fo your buck you can go NOS, but then you'll custom tuning for that........you can go 190 injectors, but then if you doing that you might as well look at a FASS fuel system or something smiliar.........those are just a few choices, but like I say you have every thing as far as "cheap" mods

Well I wouldn't say "safe" by any means, I mean I've HG blow on a 6.0 stock tuned and canned tuned.....so really its only a matter of time

From what I've read, the '03 turbo isn't a power adder, people like the louder whistle it gives. I don't think that you should upgrade turbos without doing studs and EGR delete. You should just save that money thats burning a hole in your pocket, and do studs and EGR delete when the funds are available. Injectors are going to cost you at least $1500

Really nothing else you can do on the cheap, and you've already got enough power to potentially stretch your head bolts. I'd save up for the stud job and EGR delete. If the money is really burning a hole in your pocket I'd say get yourself a fuel system. Airdog standalone when it comes out, or an Airdog/Raptor combo. Get a fuel crossover line fairly cheap to connect out the back of the heads too.

your not going to gain anything doing that, except the awesome whistle.

I was looking at a set of casserly or swamps injectors, but they are not cheap.

I would look into meth/water injection or a fuel system
