BS excessive smoke ticket

So on my drive home this city cop pulled behind me, and rode my *** because I was doing the speed limit, where they normally speed. When he turned off because of city limits I started to speed up ,he turned around and said that I was blowing excessive smoke. Truck has stage ones but was on the economy tune with the chip. On that setting it lets out a slight haze. He pulled me over out of city limits, so do you guys think I can fight this??

Is he claiming you did said act in his jurisdiction? (Its not about where he stopped you it's about where you did it) Does he have any proof that you did it other than his word? (Dash cam) What is defined as excessive in the book? I wonder if you could argue that your truck was having problems and an injector stayed open to long causing to much fuel resulting in black smoke.(That one might be a long shot but maybe)
