Weight Rating
I was told by another member that if my truck was certified by the DMV as weighing over 10k, it would be exempt from smog inspections. I contacted the DMV and they couldn't confirm that-big surprise. Does anyone know whether this is true or not? Is there any up or downside to being registered as over 10k?
