2002 F-350 4x4 crew cab Powerstroke sometimes won't start.
I have seen similar posts on this, and have seen some good advice, like checking glow plugs, fuses, glow plug relay and other such possibilities. However, here is my situation.
Sometimes when I start my truck, it'll fire up literally within a crank, then sometimes it takes several cranks. Then there is the once in awhile where after cranking it pauses and barely starts.
Then last of all, I could make several stops, and the truck starts fine. Then all of a sudden (happens once every 2 to 6 weeks) where when I start it, it keeps cranking over and it won't fire up. Then, 20 to 30 minutes later it usually starts.
This happens in warm weather more than cold weather.
I have spend a lot of money at my dealer hoping they can figure it out, and they haven't. I'm to the point of where I've had enough, but I came across this forum and see some very smart people here. Hopefully some in here have some additional suggestions and or had this experience and have been able to fix it.
Thank you so much for anyone who can help
