ok another dumb question what do u have to do to make your turbo whistle loud?

Its an 02 7.3 guys. DIY intake and straight pipe exhaust will net you some more whistle. Theres also the foil delete

is it hard to remove the foil. yes its a 02 f 250 no mods yet. trying to fix the probs first. just bought the truck has 204k on it and it neede brakes and rotors bad. also need to figure out the glow plug system if i dont plug it in its a bear to wake up. all i done so far was put my hand on the relay while the wife turn the key on and no click at the relay so neeed to break out the meter. i was just gone to do vc gasket all new plugs and harness. cause my tow truck at work the harness rubbed under the cover and shorted out the ecm and cooked the plugs so figure i would nip it in the bud. where a good place to get parts off the net? its sagging in the front pretty good not sure what iam gone to do for that yet. new spring or add aleaf dont want to do new springs and not see that big of a diff.
