cummins to the rescue???

Video: Car fleeing from police goes through park, nearly hits children | FOX13Now.com - News for Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo and beyond

I give it to the guy, he did a good thing and did a pretty good job. He was protecting a lot of kids which I understand, just glad he didn't hurt the kid driving. I wonder if charges can or will be pressed against him.

It was just a accident as far as I'm concerned....
With all of the facts, I don't think the jury will convict him even if he does get taken to trail.

I don't think he should be charged either. I didn't even think about the insurance crap he's gonna have to go through. It looks like the kid stopped because he didn't know what to do and the truck driver just wanted to be sure he wasn't going anywhere.

Would've pulled him out and shot him. Needs to be culled from the herd, so to speak.

I'm not saying what the kid did was right by any means but he is only 14. He isn't anywhere near mature and could change a lot in 10 years. Obviously he needs A LOT of discipline and guidance to get his act together though. Also for the cummins guy because had the kid got hurt the family probably would have sued for all types of stuff when all he was doing was protecting other children, including his own. My .02
