Reverse sensing system broke

Hey guys the dash switch for my RSS(the back up beeper thing) remains in the off posistion continuously. Anyone have the same problem before?

Mine remains off because I shut it off everytime I get in the truck. They are the most annoying thing if you get any bit of dirt or snow on it.

But to answer your question, I have no idea why it would be off on its own. Did you read the manual to figure out where the fuse is and check it.

I just have the owners guide that came with the truck, it gives a brief description of what it is, no tech or troubleshooting tips to speak of.

ya but if you look in the fuse portion of the manual you should see one labled RSS. Both fuse box's are labeled in the owners manual.

Im not saying thats what it is, but its a good spot to start.
