Gauge Install Question

There is a friend of mine that works with a guy that wants gauges installed on a 2nd Gen. Cummins. I don't have a problem installing them, I have installed a few sets before. My question is what is a fair price to do the install? It will include drilling and tapping the manifold. The sets I have installed have been for myself or a friend who has helped me with something in return, so no idea what to charge. Any opinions/advice would be appreciated.

I told a friend I would charge him at the least $50.00 to install gauges on his 95 f350. He installed them himself, and then told me he should have paid the $50.00. Thats friends price. So anywhere between $50- $100...

i would say chuck is close with the price... I imagine if you took them to a diesel performance shop to install they would charge you by the hour.(?) I believe last time my truck was worked on it was around $80/hr. I am guessing (sounds like you know what your doing) that it is around a 1 hr. job

The funny thing is that he works on vehicles so trading doesn't do any good. Is the $100 just to install the gauges or should that include drilling the manifold too?

I know how to do it, but I'd pay $100 for someone else to do it, just because I've been REALLY lazy as of late.

Too bad you're not in FL..
