where to buy OEM replacement parts?

Where is the best and cheapest place to buy OEM parts. I need a new 7/4 pin trailer wire harness and my dealer wants 170 bucks. Can anyone tell me if this harness is different depending on the year? I found a part number of 2C3Z13A576DA. Will this work on all yrs? If so its what i need. I think its the 7 and 4 pin trailer harness.
