6.0 cold air issue

We h ave been experiencing -20 below temps here in ND the last week and I have issues with power. I always use Power Service anti gel with number 2. Never an issue with gelling up, but this week I lose power on the higway. Driving around town, plenty of power, I can kick it down, the turbo kicks in and throws me back in the seat. Get on the highway and after about a mile or so down the road, it loses its power. I'll pull over, let it idle a few minutes and get back on the road with power like summer time. A month ago I changed fuel filters (Fleetguard). It seems like the windchill driving down the road maybe does something. This has never happened before. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Our nearest dealer is 40 miles away so a buddy will haul it there to get it looked at. We did clean the egr was rather clean and replaced fuel filters. Temps are now in teens above zero and not running any better. A few miles down the road at highway speed its shakes and shudders and eventually dies out. A few minutes later will restart and will do the whole thing over again. Could be a fuel presssure regulator or ICp sensor. I'll find out Tuesday.
