How much cost to upgrade?

I'm going to jump into upgrading my 2007 6.0 F350 to make it more reliable due to an EGR cooler failure. Trying to gauge what "real world" costs encountered are for these types of upgrades..and all in one shot. So here goes: EGR delete, new oil cooler, ARP studs, heads machined, turbo examined, CAI, SCT tuner, guages/monitor w/EGT probe install, coolant filter and new exhaust. My truck currently is completely STOCK, no more warranty to worry about either. I figure if i can find a place that can do it all at once i wont be band aiding my issues in steps down the road. Planning for someone to do it...so labor is going to be factored in.

hmm. saw in your profile that you live in wa. what part? if you live closer to the west coast, theres a shop Ranaway Diesel in Duval, WA and ran by a forum member here Toren302, contact him and he'll give you a quote. He's done countless bulletproofing jobs and knows his stuff. Used to own a 6.0l himself owns a 6.4 now (traitor.... j/k) My HG havent blown yet, but when it comes time, ill defiantly have Toren turn some wrenches.

I did the full BPD kit, 4" turbo back MBRP, and a swap over to rotella ELC, new seals, filters and all the other updated parts after my EGR blew. Tested my HG and injectors, found them all good so I didnt stud but wish I had when I was in there. I spent 3700 but should have spent the few k more and studded. To do a stud job here in so cal at "Domestic Diesel" I have been quoted 4k...
Hope it helps
