I got rid of the powerstroke and now I am in the market for a dodge cummins. but idk if I want an old one or a new one which one is better?

i think the 98 and 1/2 is the best year for the cummins.

I like that square body style for some odd reason. But you mean the motors. I think I'd go with a 24 valve design if I were looking for one of those. I got mine because it's more comon so I figured there'd be more replacement parts available. I didn't care to modify it to death but if that's your plan the dodge is the one to go with.

I don't think he was being racist at all. Makes sense to me that the people on a Cummins site would be more knowledgable about the Cummins than those of us on a Powerstroke site.

I personally like the styling of the 3rd gens the best and slap a smarty revo on one of those and its nasty
