Mt son bought a Bullydog PMT for his 03 6.0 this thing makes gobs of power but the trans shifts kinda funny. what do you guys think of the PMT??

honestly.. i think he shouldn't have wasted his money on it... the only thing for a 6.0L i recommend is the SCT with custom tunes....

have him take it back to wherever he bought it and buy an SCT... his trans will thank him....

what else is he running on the truck? exhaust, gauges?

SCT VS BULLYDOG review

there was a recent thread on this. bully dog is a good hand held, regular tuner. nothing can beat custom tunes you will hear it from everyone lol

Yea we did 4 inch straight thru exhaust, and the pmt monitors egt's,boost,he has a trans temp guage. The problem is he's had it to long to send it back so he's kinda stuck with it. and I think he paid 900 or 1000 bucks for it

holy crap... thats a lot of money for something that is generic....

my advice is to have him sell it on ebay or something... their was also a guy asking about it on here that was looking to buy one....

if he wants his trans to shift better then hes gonna have to go custom.... no if's or butt's about it....

sorry to hear that someone misinformed him about the BD....
