6.5 start trouble

well i have a 94" chevy with a 6.5 turbo in it and it aint startin, i jumped it last nite and it ran great then this mornin (bout 30 degrees) tryed to jump it and it turns over good but no start. its getin fuel but aint hittin
i am selling today and guy is goin to be here within the hour!!!!!
sorry for the urgentsy but i got to get it runnin!!!!

6.5 are notorious for the injection pump to take a dump for no rhyme or reason

That is true and it aint hard to replace the pump. But I would check the wiring going to the pump. You will need a volt meter to do this.

Also the glowplug controller is known to fail on the 6.2 and 6.5. Which will allow it to crank and crank and crank and no start. I would use a little starting fluid and see if it fires up.

I say this because the glow plugs and glow plug controller could be bad.

How do you know it is getting fuel to the injectors? Did you take a 3/4 open end wrench and crack the fuel line at the injectors while cranking and see fuel coming from the fuel line. Or do you have the smell of raw diesel coming out of the exhaust.
