Engine Booster Diesel by IPC

I was watching on the Velocity channel (Sunday) on Performance TV about a way to boost power and MPG and this company claims you can tie wrap there units on the fuel line and radiator hose. They claim 13-25% increase in horsepower and 10-30% reduction in fuel consumption & cost.

I think it is a $750 snake oil trick. What do you all say? Has anyone ever heard of this?

Here is the email I sent them:

I'm not sure what to make of this.
Is this an ad for them?

You have three posts in over a year, but we all had to start somewhere. I'm just confused. Obviously you know this is a product that does not work, so why even ask about it?

This is not an ad but I was asking if anyone heard about them or there product. I had to pretty much had to stop doing anything on my truck because of California smog. You can see I had to get a Cat because I deleted it.
