turbo sticking?

Hey guys I have a stock 06 f350 with the 6.0 in it with 80.000 miles on it lately after hard acceleration I will hear a squeaking sound sort of like metal on metal from around the turbo it doesn't happen all the time I was guessing that's the turbo vanes moving and they are rusted up or something

I don't have aftermarket gauges but the factory boost gauge seems the same but i don't seem to have the acceleration i used to have. I've worked on engines a lot but never a turbo is cleaning my turbo something i should take on?

On a side note, you are asking for trouble by owning a 6.0 with no gauges.
