I think i just got a '68 Merc Cougar!?!?!

okay it's late now so i'll keep this short and elaborate later but i think a friend in TX just gave me his 68 Mercury Cougar (which i re-built the engine for a year and a half ago) because he had to leave SC and parked the car in a friends back yard. But now has no way to get it to TX. I'm gonna get to the bottom of this tommorrow.

for those that don't know the car looks like this (this is not the actuall car i *might* be getting but it is the same red color):

Are those glasspacks I spy behind the headers? I was looking into a 69 Tbird a while ago, just about the same thing but it had a 429. I've got too many projects on the burner as it is so I've pretty much scrapped the idea. Trick Flow makes an outstanding Ford head, they'd be a sweet addition to that 302. Just an idea, sweet acquisition there.
