it won't let me upload 1. it says it is to big. how do you resize the pics to put them on the avatar

I had to do the same thing to get mine to work. I just used the paint program on my computer. It's max size is 100x120 pixels. I just went into paint and made a small box that size and pasted the picture in paint. After it showed up I used the sketch/skew option and kept shrinking it until it fit.
