MANUAL HUBS HELP

Have a 2002 F-350 diesel. Arrows on manual locking hubs have worn off. To confirm turning hubs clockwise locks and counter clockwise unlocks. Is this correct or is it different for left and right? Crazy question but driving myself nuts right now-sounds like left hub is locked.

Yeah, clockwise is locked and counter clockwise is unlocked or auto position for both sides.
