Wiring for fog lights
My 99 F250 has the pull switch for the fog lights but no wiring harness under the vehicle, I did find some leads taped to the main wiring conduit coming from the panel, does anyone know if those are for the fog lights?

I'm not sure on the '99 but my '05 had capped wires for my up fitter switches as well things like Fast Idle, etc.
I'm sure Smoke will know, he's got a '99. This bump will make sure he sees the thread.
