More smoke on an 03 7.3

Alright new guy here wanting to have some fun with my 7.3. My current setup is a 7.3 with an S&B intake, 4" stainless straight pipe from the turbo back and an SCT tuner with 3 custom tunes. Tunes are towing, economy, and race. I normally run the economy and I'm happy with the power and fuel economy I get. Race setting is fun but only run it occasionally. The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of smoke. Was hoping with the upgrade on intake, exhaust, and tunes that it would roll some smoke when I stepped on it. So my question is can I add another fuel pump on a switch to add fuel when I want to have some fun and blow smoke without messing up the tunes and truck? If so how difficult is this?

Prepare yourself for the bashing. Smoking in a diesel is bad. Gives everyone who enjoys the diesels a bad name.
