HankDaddy (Holeless Zoodad)
I wanted to do a version of the zoodad, but didn't want to cut a big hole in my radiator support and then have to cover it with a screen. Looked at all the ways folks have tried to cover up the hole they cut and decided to do it without cutting any holes or using a screen. This is my solution. I call it the HankDaddy

Thanks everybody. I really like the way it turned out, but if I could do it again, I'd spend more time on the pattern. I used a piece of grided paper as a pattern and marked the hole locations with an ice pick. The hardest part was transfering the air duct shape to the front surface. I made a cardboard cutout that fit the duct opening and used it to trace the shape on the front. Just a lot better, in my opinion, than a hole you have to then turn around and make or buy something to cover it up. Guess I'm cheap!
