Has anyone else dealt with national wheel and tire?

i recently orderd my 37 mickey thompson tires and american eagle rims, i go to mount em up, and the lugs dont fit, theyre to tight together. so i call them the next day,and the guy clearly saw he made a mistake, but he sent them anyway. now i have to wait another 2 weeks to ship them back, and for my new wheels to get to me. i payed close to 2 grand for them and i want them to fit! Has anyone else ever dealt with them and have this problem? BTW i LOVVEE the tires and rims, check em out
