I just want to blow smoke, but i dont want to spend much money

.... is there a chip or programer for JUST smoke or what is the cheapest chip that i can smoke with?

If you want some smoke then get a TW chip with a smoke tune and you'll get some pretty decent smoke

i got the TW chip on my 95 with stock injectors and i was surprised how much smoke there was, you definately leave a cloud behind you especially if you get on it a little
