just got my tw chip and it doesnt work......help

i just got it in today after waiting 3 weeks and it doesnt work, i plugged it and and the ready to start didnt go off in any setting. took out that computer of where it plugs into and cleaned it all, still nothing. did it again and nothing again. i called cary to help me out and still nothing, and i called tony but got no answer.
can u guys help me out

how far did you clean the contacts? your not supposed to clean them too much or it wont work...

Do you see bright copper? Youre only supposed to go till you can see the silver clearly. any more than that and you run the risk of it not making good contact. Did you unhook both batteries before the install?

yup i forgot about that one... that one is very important too

ok well i just put the old super chip it came with that i never used cause the guy said there was something wrong with the chip so i plugged it in and still nothing same thing. could it be my whole system?

i know all TW chips are tested before they are shipped out... it very rare to get a chip that is not working all togeather

i honestly thing you scrapped too much off...

ok so being mad about this i take off for a coulpe mins and come back and take out the box again and find that the connections r dirty....again. could it be the chip?
